AIRSPACE FTS are a civil aviation authority (CAA) approved flight training school (FTS) based at Wolverhampton Halfpenny Green Airport in Central England, 15 miles west of Birmingham, UK. Founded in 2011 AIRSPACE FTS have been training pilots for over 15 years. Our Team of flight instructors and support staff have decades of experience in civilian, commercial and military flight training here in the UK, the USA, Europe and the Middle East.

AIRSPACE FTS are the central regions premier flight training school offering the whole range of flight training from private pilot training up to Flight Instructor courses. We operate an excellent fleet of Piper and Cessna aircraft and as a CAA Approved Training Organization (ATO number 0451) you have the assurance that your training will be amongst the best available in the UK.

AIRSPACE FTS was founded in 2011 by Pilot Tim Brannon who mission was to bring his experience of flight training from the civilian, commercial and military sectors in both the UK and USA into one organization here at Wolverhampton Halfpenny Green Airport due to its ideal training location, and create an approved facility under the oversight of the civil aviation authority to provide class leading flight training. Now 15 years later AIRSPACE FTS has trained pilots flying everything from light aircraft to airliners and military fast jets.

Our graduates are flying with airlines including British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Jet2, Qatar, Ryanair and others are flying fast jets such as the Eurofighter Typhoon with the RAF. All started their journey here at AIRSPACE FTS. Our unique blend of experience gives our student pilots a real world wholistic training environment whatever their chosen aviation path, be it as a private pilot, airline pilot, military pilot or even flight instructor itself.
